First Fridays typically begin around 5 p.m. and go until around 9 or 10 p.m., although some venues may stay open later.

Visitors can expect to see a wide range of art, including painting, sculpture, photography and mixed media. In fact, many of the artists themselves are present during First Fridays, providing an opportunity to meet and talk with them about their work.
